How it works
The process is intentionally kept simple. You select products, upload finished print files, and we check your store before activation.

You fill out the form and provide the store name, category, contact person, and socials.
Select Products
You decide which products should be offered in your store – currently mousepads, playmats, metal posters, and floormats.
Upload print files
For each product, a finished print file must be uploaded in the appropriate propads template.
propads is reviewing
We are reviewing your information, confirmation of rights, and print files. The store will not be published automatically.
Store goes live
Once approved, we will create your store, the products, the store link, and your discount code.
Community ordered
Your community orders directly from propads. We produce, pack, and ship.

You must upload finished, print-ready files. We do not create designs, edit layouts, or make design adjustments. A separate final print file must be uploaded in the appropriate template for each selected product. Faulty, incomplete, or non-printable files may be rejected.

No. propads does not create designs or make layout adjustments. You must upload finished, print-ready files in the appropriate template.
Can I upload multiple designs?
Yes. You may submit multiple designs. A suitable final print file must be provided for each product and every required size.

No. Customers can order individually. You do not need to pre-finance or stock any products.
When will my store go online?

Store credit is a balance that your store can accumulate through qualified sales. It can be used for propads products, for example for giveaways, tournament prizes, internal orders, or event products.

Store credit is not paid out in the standard program. Cash payouts are only possible for selected partners, creators, or larger collaborations.
Who produces and ships the products?
propads produces and ships the orders directly to the customers.
Can my store be rejected?
Yes. propads can reject store requests, for example due to incomplete information, faulty files, unsuitable content, or missing rights clearance.
